George Mubiru

Head of Safal Foundation

George leads the Safal Uganda Baati Foundation's programmes and partnerships across all four pillars. He has fronted the Foundation's collaborations with the National Forestry Authority, NEMA, PSFU, Uganda Police and Hima Cement, and champions subsidised vocational education as the route out of youth unemployment.

Jackie Tahakanizibwa

Head of External & Corporate Affairs

Jackie leads external and corporate affairs, overseeing public affairs, stakeholder engagement and communications, and works alongside the Foundation to make sure its initiatives reflect the company's core values of care, partnership and excellence.

Ms. Siprosa Rabach

Oversees all Safal Group Foundations across Africa

Siprosa is passionate about sustainable community development and child protection, with many years of experience working with vulnerable groups and senior roles in local and international development agencies across education, economic livelihoods and advocacy.

She has served on boards including as Chairperson of Sahaya Deaf Kenya and the Association of Alternative Family Care, on Kenya's National Adoption Committee, and on the Nairobi County Education Board. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and Strategic Management from Daystar University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Nairobi.
