A healthy community makes a happy and productive society. We invest in affordable primary care and stand beside Ugandans in national health campaigns.
Uganda Baati has run a staff clinic since long before the Foundation existed. Today the Chandaria Medical Clinic treats over 20,000 patients a year at little or no cost, and the Foundation extends that care outward through medical camps, maternal-health outreach and partnerships with the country's biggest health campaigns.

The Foundation's own clinic in Tororo offers treatment to staff and the surrounding community at little or no cost — consultation, doctor review, laboratory testing, immunisation and disease screening — bringing quality primary care within reach.
Free community medical camps in the Eastern, Western and Northern regions — general consultation, dental and eye care, blood-pressure and blood-sugar screening, basic treatment, health education and referrals, reaching hundreds in a single day.
Regular outreach clinics take immunisation, maternal and child health, and screening directly into communities — meeting families where they are, every week.
A Foundation-backed immunisation and maternal-health drive in the Namuwongo settlement — vaccinating children, screening mothers and sharing health education with families in one of Kampala's most densely populated communities.
Staff and partners run every year in support of cancer treatment in Uganda, where the disease affects an estimated 27,000 people annually. 2025 proceeds went towards a cancer institute at Nsambya Hospital.
